Diaspora Civică Berlin (DCB) is an NGO born out of the massive street protests that took place in Romania and in Germany in February 2017. We advocate for an increased civic and political engagement of the Romanian community in Berlin and in Germany.
We would like to see a society with citizens aware of both their rights and responsibilities, where each individual plays an active civic and political role and brings a positive impact on the entire community.
We follow this mission, on a voluntary basis, by delivering projects and organizing events with civic, political, and/or social focus dedicated to the public in Berlin, Romania, as well as the international audience from Berlin, Germany and the entire Europe.
