The form contains some more detailed information regarding what a membership in the association DCB – Rumänische Diaspora Initiative e.V. entails. We require your agreement for the payment of membership fees and some data processing aspects. Below you find a translation of all this information also in English. The answer on behalf of the association will entail also more details about the payment procedure of the monthly membership fees of DCB members.
Through my signature I acknowledge the statutes of the association. The current membership fee is 5 EUR per month, with two semi-annual debits of 30 EUR each.
I agree to the collection, processing and use of the following personal data by the association for membership administration by means of electronic data processing: Name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address. I am aware that the application for membership cannot be granted without this consent.
I agree that the association may publish personal data and photos of me in association communication and on the homepage of the association in connection with the purpose of the association as well as events in accordance with the articles of association and, if necessary, transmit these to print and other media. This consent concerns in particular the following publications: newsletters, reports, other communication materials, etc.
If necessary, photos, the name, the club membership, the function in the club, etc. will be published. I am aware that I can object to the publication of individual photos and personal data at any time vis-à-vis the Executive Board. In this case, the transmission/publication will be stopped immediately for the future. Any photos and data already published on the homepage of the association will then be removed immediately.
In accordance with § 33 of the German Federal Data Protection Act, we would like to point out that the following data of members is stored, processed and used in automated files for the purpose of member administration and support: names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses.
